Michelle joined the business in 2003 as Charles Gordon-Watson’s personal secretary and the office manager. She deals with the every-day running of the offices and all other associated tasks. Michelle is based at the Newbury office.

Having graduated from Witney College with a Higher National Diploma in Equine Business Management, Michelle started her career at Fontwell Park Racecourse where she held the position of Commercial Executive for two years before moving on to experience a different side of the industry at the Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association.
